I attended this event with the enthusiasm and goal of meeting many new people who opened my eyes to web programming content, technology, design, and marketing. I learned a lot throughout the conferences and conversations with program attendees and the developer community, having a great time, obviously.

I completed the parallel Change Agents course, an Government of Spain and European Union proposal for the digital transition of SMEs with a focus on planning digital brand development projects. Here I essentially learned how to properly manage an analysis plan of company strengths and weaknesses and actions that must be taken to meet customer needs and be competitive.

It was not a learning experience directly related to work, but I felt an indirect contribution to a goal I consider noble. Moreover, it helped me open my mind and take a step forward to show proposals and reason.

We ended as finalists with a different proposal: HydroLoop, a home water recycling solution. I took part on a team in a collaboration activity aimed at prioritizing the resolution of a socioeconomic problem with the help of technology and innovation. The fundamental aspect of this experience was having to devise a plan compatible with one or more of the 17 sustainable development goals.
